Where do the addresses coming from?
1. own stocks: This is the best addresspool, because it concerns inactive old customers and active customers with important details:
 (last purchase date, order quantity, order frequency, etc.)
2. telephone data base: These are the cheapest addresses however, those wich obtain the smallest success. 
3. address broker: These are the most expensive addresses and they are not as good as your own ones. 
But an address broker offers a higher address quality than a telephone data base does. Besides, there is a possibility to win new customers.

Full service providers help you to analyse special target groups. They take care that 
double addresses (called doubletts) don't drive up your costs. Exact addresses saves cash!

What is a letter shop do for you?
The service begins with personalizing. Letter shops complete the advertising media with response amplifiers 
like sandwich labels, chequecards, 3-D-elements, 1-cent pieces, judder labels, etc. 
In addition, lettershops franks the letters and sorts them according to postal specifications to optimize postage. 

The cooperation with a licence company will garantee best success.

How many letters should I send?
You will get the highest discount on
4.000 pieces (increasing sorted): (postage: 0,24 Euro)

Please consider that the production of  letters or InfoCards will become cheaper with rising quantity,
because the development of print products causes costs only once.
Therefore it is often recommended, to send more letters.

What response can be expected?
The response depends on many factors:
- on the product itself  - Products which nobody wants will never be sold well, even with the best advertising!
- on the sales strategy (direct sales, for example: InfoCard as order form or to win interested partys )
- on the address quality and the target group
- on the time of dispatching
- on the concept of the means of advertising (Usually the InfoCard garantees a higher response ratio.)
- on extern events like activities of the competition, rising taxes, current events, and so on.

You can activate private and also business customers with "give aways", raffles, time limited offers, 
"early birds", "good heros" or a top orderstarter in the order form.

How about self adhesive labels - for example,
 if a consumable material supplyer wants to fix its order hotline number at the customers device -
or a telephone company wants to fix its service number at the customers telephone.
